Currently surrounded by so many incompetent ninnies that I have somewhat lost my powers of reasoning. In the meantime here is a picture of somewhere nice to be - 50 years ago on the Cote d'Azur in a villa directly on the sea with the sound of the cicadas and the smell of sea and pine trees in the air(oh and a decent haircut).
